  • Step 1: Proof of Concept (PoC)

    The 3D modelling of the OWUM was made in a 3D development tool, which allowed either the innovative design conception and their dynamic behavioural analysis.

    OWUM JOB: this model allows the consumer to taste a fresh snack, from raw materials, as the same speed you make a coffee, resulting in a perfect combination
    NIDUM OWUM: For the HORECA market, this model allows to cook a larger number of units, usually frozen raw. In this way it enables a rapid rotation of showcases with fresh products, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and, at the same time, reducing food waste.

  • Step 2: High Tech

    Software: The software user interface is intuitive and user friendly, working on Android for the current prototype, but with the potential to work, into final products OWUM in iOS and Windows Phone.

    Hardware: Electronics and Automation use a platform with a powerful processor and versatile communication capabilities and standards, either by wireless or wire, with ability to keep scalability.

  • Step 3: Intellectual Property

    We have been granted with a national patent, and with a PCT OWUM international and European Design. The approval of the Design in the United States of America is waiting to be assigned at short time.

    We also marked National OWUM.

    Companies from food areas, domestic appliances and intellectual property like Puratos or Flama, are those that best identify themselves with the project, and the best placed themselves to join us.

    At this stage, we are working to close the best partners in the areas of packaging, logistics and vending.
